About Fairfield Park Fairfield Park can be seen from the road, however the amphitheatre is located further into the park down toward the river via the paths.
The lower areas can be accessed by a series of gently sloping path ways or via a series of stairs, some of which are easy access for those not wishing to take the steeper route.
Fairfield Park is home to Fairfield Boathouse and the Amphitheatre is located on the right side of the teahouses when facing the river.

There is another location on the left of the Park called Royal Victorian Motor Yacht Club and the two are often confused due to their similar names. Trains run to and from Melbourne every 20 – 30 minutes. The train ride to Melbourne takes under 30 minutes.
